How to book an appointment? Click on any of the Request an Appointment buttons on our website and fill out our form! We ask that you give us your first and second choice date and times so that if one of your dates and time is not available, we can try the second choice. We may even email you back for a different date if neither are available so be sure to check your email and/or spam folder. We try to contact you at your preferred method of communication but if after hours-it will be by email!
